"This session was, far and away, the very best I have attended.
This was what I hope for, and rarely get, from professional
talks -- inspiration! But not just inspiration, also a wealth of
ideas, knowledge, and
information. Thank you!"

And P.S. Here are a few recommendation from my marketing/communications consultant husband.

Steve Krug’s Don’t Make Me Think: A Common Sense Approach to Web Usability. (ISBN # 0-7897-2310-7) Apparently Krug is the guru of web usability.

And Tom also says, check out The Motley Fool’s Rule Breakers, Rule Makers: The Foolish Guide to Picking Stocks, by David and Tom Gardner. The book talks about what makes a business effective, including mission.
