— Stories I tell

— Metaphors I use

— Questions that I ask you

— Answers to questions that you’ve asked me

Look at these questions to ask donors. Think about the top 7 emotional triggers identified by the direct marketing industry: anger, fear, greed, guilt, flattery, exclusivity, and salvation. If you want a significant gift from a donor, collect good info.
