Today I’m prepping for my annual sojourn at Saint Mary’s University. I teach in the Philanthropy and Development Masters Program there. It’s quite a marvelous program. Check it out. I’m working on the governance simulation. Kinda like reality TV – only reality governance. Every student has a role.

I encountered a note I saved – just because it made me laugh. And I laughed again this morning. Here are a few of the nominees for new board members, presented by the Governance Committee during last year’s simulation: Tom Ahern Rodriguez, Patti O’Furniture, and Amanda Hyjinks Chow.

Thank you, Cohort 19, for making me laugh and work hard. Happy winter day.
