Imagine beginning each day of your NGO life reading something like:

How about meeting for 5 minutes, all staff in the development office, to start the day. And pull out one principle or one foundation or one DCP item and quickly explaining its meaning.
Maybe end each week with brief kudos about how your NGO / your office/ a specific fundraiser demonstrated brilliance in some arena of one of these elements noted above.
Sure. Weird. Curious. But you get the idea. Sorta like a pledge of allegiance.
