I woke up this morning in France – and read the news: The injunction goes forward. Right now. Immediately. Don’t ask don’t tell is illegal.

Good for you, Ms. Federal Judge. You had the guts to stop this travesty against civil rights. You had the courage. The Obama Administration didn’t have the courage; no executive order there. The U.S. Senate didn’t have the courage; they stopped the House bill. The military didn’t have the courage; they’re still studying the issue.

Of course, the injunction might not last. But for the moment, I’m proud to be a U.S. citizen.
